BRYAN SHORSTEIN

Bryan Shorstein graduated from the University of Florida in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. After working for a few years in Jacksonville, Mr. Shorstein then obtained his law degree from Nova Southeastern University in 1996. Bryan began his career by working for the State Attorney’s Office in St. Johns County (7th Judicial Circuit) from 1996-2003. While there, Bryan worked on all types of cases ranging from traffic misdemeanors to first degree murder cases.
In 2003, Bryan went to work as a criminal defense attorney with Sung H. Lee. Mr. Lee worked with Bryan at the State Attorney's Office in St. Augustine. During his time as a criminal defense attorney, Bryan has represented clients all over Florida but practices primarily in St. Johns, Duval, and Clay County. Bryan has successfully represented clients in a variety of cases and dedicates his entire practice to criminal defense.
SUNG H. LEE

Sung Lee was admitted to the Florida Bar in1996, and the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, in 1998. Sung earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Florida in 1992, and Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University in 1995. He began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in the Seventh Judicial Circuit before going into private practice.
Sung is a member of the St. Johns County Bar Association (President, 2000-2001), Florida Bar Local Affiliate Outreach Committee (2002-2005), Florida Bar Traffic Court Rules Committee (2006-2009), Florida Bar Grievance Committee (2006-2009), as well as the Family Law and Criminal Law Sections of the Florida Bar. Sung practices in the areas of criminal defense and family law in St. Johns and surrounding counties throughout Northeast Florida.
VIRGINIA SNYDER MORGAN

Virginia Snyder Morgan was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006. She graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a bachelor’s degree in journalism in 2001, and earned her Juris Doctorate in 2006 from Florida Coastal School of Law, where she served as Vice Justice of Phi Alpha Delta, Legal Fraternity. Virginia is a member of the American Bar Association, the St. Johns County Bar Association, and is a member of the following sections of the Florida Bar: Young Lawyer’s Division, Family Law Section, and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.
